Sr. Director Indirect IT Strategic Sourcing

Sr. Director Indirect IT Strategic Sourcing (Finance) At Honeywell Aerospace, we are driving global transformation within IT and Sourcing/Procurement. In this role, you will be responsible for global IT Technology Strategic Sourcing and execution for Honeywell Aerospace spend in IT Software, Hardware, IT Services and Telecommunications with global supplier spend of $350M+. Reporting to the Senior Director Indirect Strategic Sourcing, you will partner closely with IT to understand global strategies and develop creative solutions to enable those strategies. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a team of 9 Commodity Managers and 1 Director Negotiate multiyear Master Service Agreements, EULAs, and SaaS Agreements Negotiate large on-premise and SaaS software license agreements (such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.) and manage the entire software renewal lifecycle Support negotiation of implementation agreements with large IT service providers Develop strategies to optimize our spend in IT services, consolidate, solidify our Statement of Work process and balance between sub-contract labor and contract services Develop strategies to better manage the lifecycle of laptops with IT Develop strategies to optimize server spend and configurations within the context of growth of IaaS Develop strategies to manage broadband/ dedicated internet services as Honeywell moves to SDWAN Support the transformation of voice services (VoIP) and optimization of fragmented global telecom spend Integrate with IT leadership and IT service owners to jointly develop technology and supplier strategies Drive procurement and sourcing requirements with speed, agility, and intelligent risk taking Drive Productivity, Spend reduction, improve Working Capital/Cash, and drive balance of trade for the category Own Supply Base Management, supplier strategies and establish plans for Preferred Suppliers, Tail Spend, etc. Support mergers, acquisitions, integrations and divestitures Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

8-10 years blended experience in strategic sourcing and IT category (i.e working with and managing technology partners with deep experience and understanding of IT Software providers, system integrators, SaaS, cloud (IaaS/PaaS, data and analytics) We Value Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain or Finance Experience with large enterprise IT Software and system integrator / service providers Customer focus and business acumen High motivation with boundless energy to get things done Ability to execute and remove obstacles Track record of navigating complex and ambiguous environments with intelligent risk taking Ability to influence and lead at all levels Desire to innovate and challenge the status quo Technical skills including strong negotiation skills, fluent with contract terms and conditions, and knowledge of effective technology driven-sourcing processes Experience with agile development frameworks, outsourced IT service and systems integrator models MBA/Masters Degree preferred P.M. or CPSM certification Lean or Blackbelt certification a plus About us Join a company that’s reintroducing itself to the aviation community we’ve helped advance for more than a century.
