We are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Program Manager for our Dev Sec Ops C4E (Center For Enablement) teams with experience across technical disciplines within an Agile and Scrum-based development environment. You're very familiar with managing workload in JIRA, Confluence, and similar tools, especially within an Agile Methodology

Responsibilities:

• You'll own internal/external communications to ensure stakeholders have a clear understanding of program status and risks
• Drive program success by developing milestones and holding leads and teams accountable for deliverables
• Work with leaders to develop OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) and track progress against initiatives that will "move the needle"
• Collaborate with Program Managers within the organization to oversee dependent release activities and deliverables to stay one step ahead of potential blockers
• Proactively identify potential issues and inefficiencies
• You are a master communicator and a strategic thinker - you're able to communicate and act upon risks appropriately and effectively
• You possess strong technical acumen, with fundamental knowledge of Agile methodology, modern software delivery methods, and technology architecture.
• This knowledge doesn't need to be practical, but at a level of understanding needed to lead development or release tasks
• Understanding of managing full life-cycle of large-scale program /projects.
• Experience managing multiple projects / initiatives.
• Ability to become the change agent for the program and mentor junior members of the team.
• Work with cross matrix organization to drive outcomes for the program .
• Exposure to or understanding of Product focused program management
• Understanding of DevOps and Configuration management best practices
• Provide weekly status, update storyboards, and help define and write project plan

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Project Management experience
• Strong communication skills; skilled at cross-functional and cross-organizational communication
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, while defining and driving toward key milestones and outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical ELD or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in a software focused program /project management
• Comfortable talking about technical things with business people and business things with technical people.
• Able to express complex concepts in plain language to reach broader audiences.
• Experience in Managing project schedules, identifying possible issues and clearly communicating them to executive level stakeholders
• Knowledge of public cloud and CICD tools is a plus
