Program Manager

Role Summary:


We are seeking a results-driven program manager to lead initiatives that improve efficiency, resiliency, and simplify operations across both shop and corporate employee experiences. This role focuses on delivering projects that reduce friction in day-to-day workflows, strengthen reliability, and enable teams to work more effectively.

You will partner across operations, support, and technology teams to identify opportunities for improvement and drive solutions that enhance productivity and stability. With a growing focus on automation and AI, this role will also introduce scalable capabilities that reduce manual effort and improve consistency across environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Employee Experience, Efficiency & Resiliency Initiatives
• Lead projects that improve efficiency and reliability across shop and corporate environments
• Identify workflow gaps and failure risks impacting employees
• Design solutions that ensure continuity during peak demand or disruptions

Deliver Cross-Functional Experience Improvements
• Improve employee experiences such as onboarding, support, and workplace technology
• Enhance environments like meeting rooms, collaboration tools, and in-shop systems
• Ensure solutions are intuitive and scalable

Leverage Automation & AI
• Introduce automation and AI to simplify repetitive work and reduce errors
• Implement self-service tools, workflows, and AI-assisted support
• Standardize processes for consistency across locations

Program & Project Management
• Own planning and delivery of initiatives end-to-end
• Define milestones and success metrics
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes

Intake & Prioritization
• Create structured intake processes
• Support prioritization based on business impact
• Incorporate continuity planning into workflows

Stakeholder Partnership
• Build relationships across operations, corporate teams, and tech partners
• Ensure solutions are practical and adopted successfully

Qualifications:

Required:
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management
• Strong execution and organizational skills
• Experience working cross-functionally
• Strong communication skills

Preferred:
• Experience in retail or multi-location environments
• Exposure to automation or AI initiatives
• Familiarity with Zendesk, ServiceNow, or similar tools
• Experience with workplace technology (e.g., meeting room AV)
