THE ROLE:As a Senior Manager (individual contributor), Storage Ecosystem Partnerships, you will help shape AMD’s next‑generation Data Center AI infrastructure solutions. This partner‑facing role focuses on driving ecosystem strategy across storage partners to accelerate AI adoption and grow AMD's data center market share.You will serve as a product management subject‑matter expert, working closely with ecosystem partners, enterprise, cloud, and hyperscale customers, and internal engineering teams to align roadmaps, influence architecture, and translate market needs into product strategy. As part of AMD’s Data Center Solutions Product Management team, you will bring structure and execution discipline to a complex and rapidly evolving partner landscape.This is a hybrid work opportunity, ideally based in Santa Clara CA or Austin TX, with potential for additional locations to be considered in the case of an exceptional skills and experience match.THE PERSON:You bring deep experience across storage and broad experience across data center GPUs, memory, CPUs, networking, and AI workloads, along with strong partner engagement, communication, and strategic thinking skills. You are self‑directed, comfortable operating through ambiguity, and able to influence across organizations without direct authority.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Own and manage strategic storage ecosystem partnerships aligned to AMD’s AI and Data Center Solutions strategyLead partner roadmap alignment, identify opportunities and gaps, and drive ecosystem executionEvangelize AMD's technologies with ecosystem and solution partnersTranslate customer, partner, and market insights into clear product strategies and requirementsLead cross‑functional initiatives, including long‑term ecosystem planning and multi‑generation roadmap alignmentSupport key customer and partner engagements, and system vendorsRepresent AMD in standards bodies and industry forums where applicablePREFERRED EXPERIENCE:Experience in the computing industry (OEM, ODM, CSP, or Semiconductor)Strong background in storage technologies for data centersFamiliarity with AI workloads, infrastructure, and software stacksExperience with industry standards organizations (e.g., JEDEC, SNIA)Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage multiple initiativesBackground in product management, systems engineering, or architecture‑driven rolesACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferredThis role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.#LI-MP2#LI-HYBRID Benefits offered are described: AMD benefits at a glance.AMD does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services.
