Project Architect/Project Manager

Benefits Bonus based on performance Health insurance Paid time off Position Leader Design Studio is seeking a Project Architect / Project Manager with a primary focus on high-end single-family residential projects. The role requires a creative, detail-oriented professional who can engage clients, coordinate consultants, and manage multiple projects concurrently. Responsibilities Manage multiple projects from conceptual design through completion Develop design concepts into high-quality construction and permit drawings Act as the primary client, consultant, and contractor liaison throughout the design and construction process Coordinate and manage consultants and their work Meet with authorities having jurisdiction during permitting and respond to comments as needed Provide construction administration both in‑office and on‑site Skills Required Proficiency in REVIT (required) Proficiency in SketchUp (strongly preferred; training available) Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software (plus) Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in a deadline‐driven environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team, engaging senior staff as needed Excellent verbal, written, and graphic communication skills Knowledge of state and local building and zoning codes (knowledge of coastal construction and permitting is a plus) Requirements 5+ years of professional experience in an architecture firm B.Arch or M.Arch degree in Architecture Licensure preferred; unlicensed applicants must be actively pursuing licensure Details and Benefits This is a full‑time position with a salary range of $80,000–$125,000, commensurate with experience. Benefits include health insurance stipend, paid time off, and discretionary performance bonuses.
