Site Attendant

We are currently looking for a Full Time Site Attendant to join our Cultural Center Event Operations Special Events team located at the Chickasaw Cultural Center.
Summary: The visitor services site attendant is responsible for performing manual labor assignments to help the facilities and staff, accommodate everyday operations and special events in all indoor and outdoor areas of the Chickasaw Cultural Center. To be able to provide support to help facilitate large events and tour groups. Responsibilities:* Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
* Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
* Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types
- Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment
- Maintains and promotes professionalism
- Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics
- Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards
* Maintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned area
* Responsible for pickup and delivery of materials, furniture, and equipment to varied locations.
* Assist in all facilities areas on an "as needed" basis.
* Responsible for monitoring and ensuring safe environmental control.
* Perform off-site material pick-up and/or delivery.
* Responsible for the cleaning and care of the Chickasha Poya Exhibit Hall
* Responsible for proper care and working conditions of exhibit hall supplies, tools, and furniture.
* Responsible for minor repairs to facilities as needed.
* Interacts appropriately with visitors and staff of the Chickasaw Cultural Center
* Stocks inventory and supplies as needed.
* Helps maintain and keep current the memberships if the Chickasaw Cultural Center
* Be able to provide a tour to groups when needed.
* Be able to talk to large crowds.
* Performs all other duties as assigned Competencies:
