Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator

Full Time · Days 8-hour shifts · Variable Call in basis or periods of short staffing Salary Range: To Be Determined Overview The clinical pharmacy coordinator through the provision of optimal pharmaceutical care and leading the clinical and operational activities of pharmacy staff ensures optimal outcomes for patients. The clinical pharmacy coordinator under the direction of the director ensures competency, compliance, and professional development of staff. The clinical pharmacy coordinator is responsible for coordinating clinical pharmacist team activities, training, education and assessment and attainment of productivity metrics. All activities are done in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulations with the health and welfare of the patient paramount. Responsibilities Lead clinical pharmacist team activities, training, education, and assessment. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations. Coordinate clinical and operational pharmacy activities to achieve patient care and productivity metrics. Maintain a focus on patient safety and optimal outcomes. Education Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.)
