Workday Financials Practice Leader

Overview We are seeking senior consulting professionals to assess and redesign a county government's enterprise governance and operating model. The engagement focuses on organizational effectiveness, governance, business process standardization, and executive decision making, with Workday serving as the enabling platform. Responsibilities Assess enterprise business processes, organizational capabilities, and governance to develop a future-state operating model aligned with Workday leading practices. Lead cross-functional business process workshops. Assess finance, procurement, HR, budgeting, grants, and approval processes. Identify process fragmentation and standardization opportunities. Develop business capability maps, RACI models, and future-state recommendations. Partner with executive leadership and the Workday Architect. Qualifications 10+ years in business architecture or operating model consulting. Strong process transformation experience. Workshop facilitation and executive communication skills. Enterprise capability modeling experience. Public sector and ERP transformation experience preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Donyati
