PHONE SUPPORT ANALYST (TELEWORK)

Phone Support Analyst (Telework) Yolo County, CA Responsibilities Communicate with callers verbally and respond to online inquiries in writing. Provide case status updates as requested and accurately document a variety of information provided in the calls or online submissions. Accurately analyze situations, take appropriate follow-up actions, and multitask by handling various assignments and meeting required deadlines. Maintain strong interpersonal skills and communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Minimum Qualifications Minimum qualifications as specified in the Staff Services Analyst or Associate Governmental Program Analyst classification specification. Desirable Qualifications Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel. Knowledge of the Medi-Cal Program, insurance claims, and/or medical billing or records. Strong analytical and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Good time management and multitasking skills. Good written and oral communication skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team. Ability to follow applicable procedures, policies, and statutes. Positive attitude with an eagerness to learn.
