COTA - Travel Contract

Job Description

We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Madera, CA. Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
\n
• Active California COTA license required to start the assignment.
\n
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
\n
• Experience working in skilled nursing facilities or long-term care preferred.
\n
• Experience with ADL training, adaptive equipment recommendations, and mobility assistance preferred.
\n
• Ability to follow treatment plans developed by an Occupational Therapist and document patient progress in electronic medical records.
