L2 Brands is hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Finance team.What You'll DoAccurately process customer payments on a daily basisReview daily invoicing and credit reports to ensure billing accuracy and consistency, recommending corrective action when neededRespond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely, professional mannerHelp customers reconcile statement discrepancies and resolve payment concernsProactively contact customers with past due and approaching past due balances by phone and emailMonitor the A/R Aging report and keep finance and sales leadership informed of collection concernsRecommend collection resolutions and provide status updates to sales and finance managementMaintain customer files, including credit applications and blanket resale certificate formsSupport the integrity of finance team processes and internal controlsCommunicate effectively with co-workers, management, vendors, customers, and consultantsAssist with ad hoc reporting and analysis as neededScheduleThis is a full time, hybrid position with core hours of 8am to 5pm.
