Job Summary: We are looking for a Construction Manager in Phoenix, AZ area. Join Our Client to drive limitless innovation and real-world impact! Location: Phoenix, Arizona Job Type: Contract Salary: $80.00 - $102.04 per hour Work Hours: 8am to 4pm Education: Associates Responsibilities Motivate staff and implement measures to improve production methods and overall efficiency. Review operations and confer with technical staff to resolve production or processing problems. Develop tracking systems and monitor product standards to ensure high-quality finished goods. Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff while resolving any personal grievances. Prepare and maintain accurate production reports and personnel records.
