Pay Range: $70.48hr - $74.48hr

Responsibilities:

• Manage planning, execution, implementation, and reporting of multiple projects.
• Monitor project tasks, controls, timelines, scope, budget, and quality goals.
• Apply project management methodologies and best practices across deliverables and communications.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and manage global programs.
• Define project scope, objectives, KPIs, and success measures.
• Use project management tools to track performance and schedule adherence.
• Provide consistent project updates to stakeholders regarding progress, risks, and adjustments.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across business and technical teams.
• Support knowledge-sharing initiatives and collaboration across teams.
• Develop and maintain project plans and strategic roadmaps.
• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues.
• Ensure alignment with organizational standards, methodologies, and delivery frameworks.

Requirements/Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of experience delivering complex programs and managing multiple large projects simultaneously.
• Strong experience managing senior stakeholder relationships.
• Experience driving transformation initiatives in global environments.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in fast-paced and changing environments.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.

Experience:

• Experience delivering highly complex cross-functional projects.
• Experience managing projects with senior executive visibility.
• Experience developing project plans, roadmaps, and governance processes.
• Experience using project management software and reporting tools.

Should Have:

• Master’s degree preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience in enterprise transformation programs preferred.
