Role SummaryAs a Senior Retail Banker - Rogers, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for consumer and business customers, helping align financial needs with appropriate bank products and services. You’ll greet familiar faces, learn what has changed in a customer’s goals, and document next steps with care. Between appointments, you’ll coordinate with colleagues to keep workflows moving smoothly and ensure details are handled accurately.
