The team partners closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering organizations to translate complex operational challenges into data-driven solutions that deliver measurable impact. RI combines science management, product thinking, and technical expertise to accelerate innovation cycles—from ideation and experimentation to production-ready capabilities. The team develops solutions spanning digital twins, workforce optimization, supply chain intelligence, store operations, and emerging AI applications such as generative AI agents. Through strong cross-functional collaboration and a culture of experimentation, RI enables Walmart to test and scale innovative solutions faster than traditional development models while ensuring alignment with long-term platform strategy.
