OFFICE OF VC - FACILIT PLAN, CONSTRUC & MGMT Bargaining Unit: No Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review invoices for appropriate documentation before payment
- Perform invoice and General Ledger data entry
- Monitor disbursements by running monthly reports from the Statewide Financial System (SFS) and New York City Financial Management System (FMS)
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Enrolled in an accredited college with at least 45 credits towards a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent writing, interpersonal, customer service, and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and changing needs and priorities
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently
- High school diploma/GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred
Pay Range: $17.50 per hour RFCUNY Benefits
