We are seeking an experienced Transportation Litigation Attorney to join a fast-growing, high-visibility team handling complex motor vehicle and supply-chain related matters. This role offers the opportunity to work on catastrophic loss cases, trucking accidents, and emerging liability issues tied to last-mile delivery operations . We are seeking an experienced Transportation Litigation Attorney to join a fast-growing, high-visibility team handling complex motor vehicle and supply-chain related matters. This role offers the opportunity to work on catastrophic loss cases, trucking accidents, and emerging liability issues tied to last-mile delivery operations . Key Responsibilities Manage transportation and motor vehicle liability cases from inception through resolution Handle all aspects of litigation, including depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation Conduct accident investigations and develop liability and damages strategies Work closely with national clients, including logistics and delivery networks Provide timely case updates and strategic recommendations to clients and carriers Qualifications J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school Admission to the TX Bar 4+ years of defense litigation experience, with a focus on: Transportation / trucking liability Motor vehicle accidents General liability or catastrophic injury defense Strong deposition, motion practice, and case management skills Ability to manage high-exposure matters independently #J-18808-Ljbffr Larson Maddox
