Position Summary Assists management with the supervision of associates in the assigned area of responsibility by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training on processes and procedures, and providing direction and guidance to associates on member service approaches and techniques to ensure member complaints and issues are resolved according to company guidelines. Supports the Open Door Policy by recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting coaching, and evaluating associates. Communicates and supports membership by providing information on membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective members; processes memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts; encourages membership renewals; and participates in sales and marketing events to meet membership goals. Provides member service by acknowledging the member, identifying member needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and supporting self‑service technology and transactions. Oversees the assigned area of responsibility by handling claims, returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, identifying shrink and damages, maintaining cart availability, assisting members with transporting items, and ensuring parking lot cleanliness. Completes accounting records, files transactions, and follows accounting office procedures. Provides funds for proper register operation, creates and interprets financial analysis reports, assists with accounting investigations, prepares daily deposits, oversees Cash Fund Transfers, and investigates overages and shortages while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of financial and personal information. Develops, communicates, and implements processes and practices to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners. Analyzes information from multiple sources, monitors progress and results, and identifies and addresses improvement opportunities. Demonstrates, promotes, and supports compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by explaining and demonstrating how to apply these in executing business processes and practices and implementing action plans using the Open Door Policy. Leads and participates in teams by sharing resources, information, and tools; determining customer needs and business priorities; coordinating and executing work assignments; providing advice, feedback, and support to ensure timelines and quality; and modeling how to adapt to change or new challenges. What You’ll Do Assign duties to associates, communicate goals and feedback, train on processes and procedures, and provide direction on member service approaches. Recruit, hire, schedule, promote coaching, and evaluate associates while supporting membership programs. Assist members with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, provide support with self‑service technology, and manage transaction flow. Handle claims and returns, zone the area, arrange merchandise, identify shrink and damages, and maintain cart availability and parking lot cleanliness. Complete accounting records, manage register funds, interpret financial reports, investigate accounting issues, and prepare deposits and cash fund transfers. Collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners to develop and implement processes that meet business needs; analyze information, monitor results, and address improvement opportunities. Support compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethics through the Open Door Policy and related action plans. Lead and participate in teams, share resources, determine priorities, coordinate work, provide advice and feedback, and model adaptability to change. Create a culture of belonging, support development, mentor others, and strengthen relationships. Act with integrity, promote ethics, and support the organization’s regenerative goals. Serve customers and members, make data‑driven decisions, balance priorities, and consider team impact. Pursue excellence through continuous learning, risk‑taking, improvement, technology adoption, and support for others. Minimum Qualifications 6 months of retail experience, including operating front‑end equipment (e.g., cash register), and 6 months of customer service experience. Must be 18 years of age or older. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading a front‑end team, supervising, hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others.
