This role demands a leader who can not only meet but exceed multimillion-dollar revenue targets, and who has a proven track record in building and leading successful sales organizations within a high-growth environment. Key responsibilities for the Senior Director of Sales include recruiting, mentoring, and leading a team of enterprise sales professionals, engaging with strategic prospects and partners, and establishing executive-level relationships. The successful candidate will also be tasked with setting and achieving sales KPIs, and ensuring alignment across commercial initiatives by partnering with various internal teams. A strong background in selling complex financial technology solutions to enterprise clients, as well as experience in influencing product direction and commercial strategy based on market trends and customer feedback, is essential. The role requires an individual with executive presence, exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
