Manager, Commercial Marketing

Baxter seeks a Manager of Commercial Marketing for Digital Health to develop and execute downstream marketing initiatives that drive product adoption and commercial growth. The role involves creating sales enablement tools, launching campaigns, conducting customer research, and translating complex healthcare technology concepts for diverse audiences across a matrixed organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute downstream marketing plans, product launches, and commercial programs supporting portfolio growth
- Create sales enablement materials including presentations, messaging guides, competitive analyses, and training content
- Partner with Sales to identify field needs, support customer engagements, and improve commercial effectiveness
- Lead campaign ideation, audience definition, messaging development, and activation planning across channels
- Conduct Voice of Customer activities via interviews, site visits, and advisory collaboration to inform strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, Communications, or related field
- Experience in digital health, healthcare IT, software, connected medical devices, or B2B technology
- Demonstrated downstream, commercial, product, or integrated marketing experience
- Proficiency developing sales enablement, campaigns, messaging, and product launch programs
- Strong understanding of segmentation, positioning, value propositions, and campaign measurement
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with project management abilities
- Ability to simplify complex technical and healthcare concepts for multiple audiences
Compensation: $112,000-$154,000 base annually
