Director of Admissions & Marketing

Full-Time | $25-$27/hr (commensurate with experience; higher rates possible for highly qualified applicants)

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven professional to lead our facility’s admissions, marketing, and community relations initiatives. This is a dynamic, highly visible role focused on building relationships, achieving occupancy goals, and ensuring a smooth and positive admission process for residents and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing and referral outreach plans to drive census growth.

• Foster strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, community organizations, and referral partners.

• Oversee the admissions process from initial inquiry through move-in, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to evaluate potential residents and determine appropriate placement.

• Lead tours, coordinate events, and represent the facility in the community.

• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in admissions, marketing, or business development within healthcare, preferably skilled nursing or post-acute care.

• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to balance high-volume admissions with quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and insurance processes, including Medicare/Medicaid, preferred.

• Long-term care experience required.
