Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior executive leadership role, preferably as a CEO, COO, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success in strategic planning and execution within complex business environments.
• Strong technical acumen and familiarity with technology trends relevant to the industry.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
