Inventory Control Associate (Bilingual - English/Spanish)

We are currently seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Inventory Control Associate to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining accurate inventory records while supporting daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against shipping documents, and inspect for damages or discrepancies.
• Accurately record inventory transactions using the warehouse management system.
• Perform cycle counts, location audits, and physical inventory counts.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, overages, and transaction errors.
• Generate inventory reports to monitor stock levels and inventory accuracy.
• Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as part of daily job duties.
• Perform quality checks to ensure product integrity and compliance with company standards.
• Follow all inventory control procedures, food safety guidelines, and USDA regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual (English and Spanish).
• Previous warehouse or inventory control experience preferred.
• Forklift experience is preferred and candidates must be willing to operate a forklift.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and experience using inventory management systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen (THC is not included in the screening).

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the shift.
• Regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 lbs .
• Occasionally lift up to 80 lbs with assistance .
• Comfortable working around forklifts, pallet jacks, warehouse equipment, and refrigerated areas.

Work Environment

• Fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Moderate noise levels.
• May work in refrigerated areas and around loading and receiving docks.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is provided.
