They offer the following benefits once hired on: medical, dental, vision, 401k match, PTO.Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/vision/dental/Rx plansHoliday payTeladoc (online care)Referral bonus incentiveWeekly pay401kAnd more!Welder/fabricator details:Temp-to-hire position$22.00 to $26.00/hourFull-time work availableFirst shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:30pm)Welder & fabricate parts and machinery that will be placed in manufacturing sites around the world.Mechanically inclined.Have broad knowledge of various types of tools & their uses.Ability to lift up to 50+lbs throughout shift.Assist in resolving production issues.Preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.Quality control.Monday through Friday working 10 hour shifts, with the opportunity for overtime on Friday.Welder/fabricator qualifications:MIG/TIG welding experience required.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and designs.Own welding hood and gloves.Able to work mandatory overtime when needed.Must be able to show up on time and be reliable.Applicant may be subject to a background check.Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment.*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
