Position Title: HVAC Service Sales Rep

The HVAC Service Sales Rep plays a critical role in driving revenue and fostering client relationships within the HVAC industry. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can navigate a competitive market while managing a diverse portfolio of accounts. The representative will engage with facility managers and other stakeholders to identify service needs and present tailored solutions. With a mix of existing accounts and new business development, the role demands technical expertise and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a flexible work environment, balancing autonomy with collaboration.

HVAC Service Sales Rep Responsibilities:

• Manage a portion of the existing book of business while pursuing new client opportunities
• Engage with facility managers to assess service and maintenance needs
• Develop and maintain relationships with mechanical contractors and subcontractors
• Sell HVAC service agreements, maintenance contracts, and repair services
• Conduct outreach to potential clients in various sectors including education, government, and healthcare
• Collaborate with technicians on-site to enhance client engagement and service delivery
• Oversee account management and client retention strategies

HVAC Service Sales Rep Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in a Technical Service Sales position; HVAC Service Sales experience is required
• Familiarity with mechanical contracting is advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Outlook
• Strong technical aptitude
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
