Shift & Compensation Full‑time: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am (PRN opportunities available) $30 – $45 per hour Pay in lieu of benefits: $5 Shift Differential: Up to $2 Same Day Pay! Responsibilities Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable nursing standards and the physician’s plan of treatment. Follow the care plan designed by the Nurse Manager. Perform medication administration and treatments as outlined in the plan of care. Monitor residents’ conditions and report any changes. Maintain accurate documentation per requested orders. Qualifications Current, unencumbered, active LPN license in Massachusetts. Ability to manage multiple patients simultaneously. Valid Basic Life Support (CPR) Certification.
