Fairfield Inn & Suites is looking for a skilled Chief Maintenance to lead our hotel property maintenance efforts. You will help ensure our facilities are safe, fully operational, and guest-ready every day. If you enjoy hands-on problem-solving and have experience with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, this is a great opportunity to make a direct impact on guest comfort and the success of our property.

Responsibilities:

Repair and maintain electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to keep everything running smoothly
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues efficiently
Maintain accurate inventory of tools, parts, and supplies
Follow all safety protocols, regulations, and company procedures
Perform routine maintenance and repairs across the property, including outside grounds, and complete preventative maintenance tasks
