About the Role
The Company is seeking a dynamic and growth-oriented Chief Executive Officer to lead the organization into its next phase of impact. The successful candidate will be responsible for championing the company's mission, supporting its members, and executing the strategic plan. This role demands a highly relational leader who can build credibility across a diverse community, from undergraduate members to alumni volunteers and university administrators. Internally, the CEO will lead a national staff, oversee a complex organization, and ensure financial discipline and operational rigor. Externally, the focus will be on growth and engagement, including strengthening relationships with university partners and expanding the volunteer network. The ideal CEO for the company will have a deep appreciation for fraternity and lifelong brotherhood, with experience in business, membership organizations, or nonprofits. They should be a strong trust-builder and communicator, capable of creating more opportunities for lifelong connection to the organization. The role requires a leader who can provide mentorship, coaching, and accountability to help staff members grow and perform at a high level. A background in collegiate fraternal organizations is valued, and the candidate should be prepared to bring a fresh perspective to the role while respecting the company's long-standing traditions.
