Real Estate Acquisitions Analyst

Location: Five Towns (5T), NY – In-office 5 days/week Experience: 1-2 years in real estate Highlights Support senior team members in real estate underwriting, financial modeling, and investment analysis for multifamily and commercial opportunities. Build and maintain complex Excel models, including cash flow projections, IRR/NPV analysis, sensitivity tables, and deal comparables. Assist with due diligence, market research, property tours, and preparation of investment committee memos and presentations. Collaborate with brokers, lenders, and internal teams; demonstrate strong communication and social skills to build relationships in a fast-paced environment. Show genuine interest and enthusiasm for real estate development and investment; eager to learn and grow into a more senior underwriting role. #J-18808-Ljbffr lumesp
