Financial Analyst

Accurately populate standardized templates with financial data and keep them current as deals progress.
Gather and organize documents needed for transaction closings
Assist with updating trackers checklists and internal databases as deals progress
Respond to routine internal requests for data or status updates Qualifications :
Bachelors degree required
1-2 years experience in real estate or finance a plus
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel
Effective time management and ability to multitask
Attention to detail
Strong writing skills
Additional Information :
