Coordinator - Store Facilities POST NUMBER: 480482

Our retail client is looking for a Store/Maintenance Coordinator. This role will be 5 days/week on-site in Bradenton, FL, report to the Sr. Facilities Manager and serve as the main point of contact for daily store maintenance/work order coordination.  Need someone with a office admin/coordinator background that can multi-task and is organized. 

Compensation: $20-24/hourly
On-Site: 5 days/week (Bradenton, FL – 34208) 
Duration: 6 month Contract (STRONG chance to extend/convert) 

Experience Needed:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Experience with work order systems or facilities/maintenance coordination (FreshService or similar)
• Experience with coordinating between multiple teams/vendors
• Customer-service mindset with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound requests and multi-tasking
• Occasional on-call duties (rotates on the weekend) 

Day to Day:

• Monitor the FreshService work order system daily and respond to maintenance requests from store managers, group managers, and others
• Evaluate incoming work order requests and distribute them to the appropriate store maintenance vendors or internal teams
• Assist Store Maintenance Managers with day-to-day functions as needed.
• Respond to emergency calls and coordinate urgent maintenance dispatch.
• Maintain and update spreadsheets tracking work order status, vendor activity, and facilities data.

• Able to maintain confidentiality for sensitive or proprietary information.
• Friendly, professional, customer-service oriented demeanor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; experience with FreshService or similar work order platforms a plus.
