Coordinator - Store Facilities POST NUMBER: 480482

$22 - $25 per hour

Our retail client is looking for a Store/Maintenance Coordinator. This role will be 5 days/week on-site in Bradenton, FL, report to the Sr. Facilities Manager and serve as the main point of contact for daily store maintenance/work order coordination.

Compensation: $22-25/hr
On-Site: 5 days/week (Bradenton, FL – 34208)
Duration: 6 month Contract

Experience Needed:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Experience with work order systems or facilities/maintenance coordination (FreshService or similar)
Experience with coordinating between multiple teams/vendors
Customer-service mindset with strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound requests and multi-tasking

Day to Day:

Monitor the FreshService work order system daily and respond to maintenance requests from store managers, group managers, and others
Evaluate incoming work order requests and distribute them to the appropriate store maintenance vendors or internal teams
Assist Store Maintenance Managers with day-to-day functions as needed.
Respond to emergency calls and coordinate urgent maintenance dispatch.
Maintain and update spreadsheets tracking work order status, vendor activity, and facilities data.

Qualifications:

Ability to efficiently multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Able to maintain confidentiality for sensitive or proprietary information.
Friendly, professional, customer-service oriented demeanor.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; experience with FreshService or similar work order platforms a plus.
