Working with Controllers and CFOs, you will be the supporting mechanism behind both roles, taking on work that ranges from financial analysis and project management to planning and transaction entry, giving you full-spectrum exposure to client delivery. The ideal candidate is highly knowledgeable of GAAP accounting principles and thrives in a fast-growth environment. Responsibilities Support month‑end close, including journal entries, accruals, and financial reporting Reconcile balance sheet, income statement, cash, AP, AR, and general ledger accounts Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities Execute accounting projects, including analysis, ERP implementations and reporting Identify, investigate, and resolve accounting discrepancies and financial record errors. Process and maintain client financial transactions accurately and timely Communicate with clients to obtain documentation, answer questions, and provide status updates Ensure accuracy, accountability, and on‑time completion of all assigned client work Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and client service Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required 3+ years of accounting experience required Knowledge of general ledger and GAAP accounting practices required Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, etc.) #J-18808-Ljbffr twiceasnice Recruiting
