Job Description
- Improve manufacturing processes and workflow efficiency
- Analyze production data and KPIs
- Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis activities
- Develop work instructions and process documentation
- Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives
- Support automation and capital equipment projects
The Successful Applicant
A successful Manufacturing Engineer II should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related Engineering field
- 3+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience
- Experience improving manufacturing processes and workflows
- Strong root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills
- Experience creating work instructions and process documentation
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles
Preferred
- Experience with automation or capital equipment projects
- CNC machining, metals, plastics, or assembly manufacturing experience
- CAD software experience
- Six Sigma certification or training
