Hybrid – Newark, NJ (3 Days/Week Onsite) 12+ Month Contract Open Rate C2C and All Visa Types Welcome Join a leading global financial services organization as a Marketplace Platform Lead – Data Marketplace , where you'll play a key role in designing and building next-generation enterprise data marketplace capabilities. This is a highly visible technical leadership opportunity focused on solution architecture, platform engineering, automation, and enterprise data integration. We're seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer / Platform Architect with strong Informatica expertise and a passion for designing scalable, cloud-native data platform solutions. You'll work across engineering, governance, security, and business teams to build automated, resilient, and enterprise-grade data marketplace capabilities. What You'll Do Architect end-to-end enterprise data marketplace solutions across Informatica and external platforms Design scalable, secure, cloud-native architectures with an automation-first mindset Define reference architectures, integration patterns, and platform extensibility models Deliver enterprise solutions supporting metadata, governance, catalog, lineage, and data products Design and implement solutions utilizing Informatica Data Catalog, Data Integration, Governance, Data Quality, Metadata Management, and Automation Services Enable automated data product onboarding, metadata synchronization, lineage capture, and marketplace workflows Extend Informatica capabilities through custom integrations and platform enhancements Collaborate with Informatica product and professional services teams when needed Automation & Integration Design and develop API-driven, event-based, and workflow orchestration solutions Automate the full data product lifecycle including onboarding, access provisioning, metadata synchronization, and governance Build reusable integration frameworks and automation components Implement Infrastructure-as-Code and Configuration-as-Code best practices where appropriate Marketplace Platform Development Lead the evolution of enterprise data marketplace services and APIs Develop proof-of-concepts to validate architecture and demonstrate business value Build extensible platform capabilities supporting analytics, AI/ML, governance, and future enterprise initiatives Cross-Functional Leadership Translate business and governance requirements into scalable technical solutions Partner with cloud engineering, data engineering, security, governance, and platform teams Serve as the technical liaison between internal stakeholders, platform consumers, and external vendors Technical Leadership Drive engineering best practices around automation, security, performance, reliability, and observability Mentor engineers and provide architectural guidance across multiple initiatives Participate in technical roadmap planning and enterprise architecture reviews Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience designing enterprise-scale solutions within cloud or distributed environments 3+ years of hands‑on Informatica platform experience, including: Data Integration Metadata Management Data Catalog Data Governance Data Quality Automation Services 3+ years of experience with AWS, Azure, or comparable cloud platforms Strong background building API-based integrations, workflow automation, orchestration, and event‑driven architectures Experience designing solutions spanning multiple enterprise platforms and vendors Proven experience delivering solutions from architecture through production deployment Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across both technical and business teams Preferred Qualifications Experience with enterprise Data Marketplace or Data Product initiatives Knowledge of metadata management, data lineage, governance, access controls, and policy‑driven automation Experience integrating analytics platforms, semantic layers, or AI/ML solutions Previous experience as a Solutions Engineer, Platform Architect, or Technical Lead Passion for automation, developer enablement, and continuous platform improvement #J-18808-Ljbffr JSR Tech Consulting
