Join Our Client as a Service Engineer in Skaneateles, NY in redefining healthcare to save and sustain lives! We seek an engineer with an Associate degree and 2-5 years of R&D technical experience to design, transfer, and support critical product service workflows.

work hours: 8am to 5pm

responsibilities:

Design and document processes, workflows, and technical requirements for product installation, delivery, and support, ensuring a seamless design transfer from R&D to operations.
Author comprehensive service documentation and administer training programs (such as the 5-Customer Interactions process) for deployment and Tier 1 & 2 support teams.
Provide expert Tier 3 troubleshooting and hands-on technical support, handling customer escalations and participating in system upgrades or deployments.
Ensure all servicing processes and R&D engineering efforts strictly adhere to FDA, ISO, and IEC design control procedures and regulations.
Lead technical project teams, participate in strategic customer calls to identify needs, and collaborate across international business segments to deliver solutions.
