Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LCSW)(LMHC)(LMFT)(Psyd, Phd) - Buffalo, NY--$5,000.00 Sign on Bonus for Full-Time and $2,500.00 Sign on Bonus for Part time!
At CHE Behavioral Health Services, we are a multispecialty group of licensed professionals dedicated to increasing access to mental health services and reducing the stigma of mental health conditions since 1994. With over 600 psychiatrists, psychologists, nurse practitioners, licensed clinical social workers, counselors, and licensed marriage & family therapists, we are the premier employer of mental health providers in the United States.
We are seeking fully licensed mental health clinicians who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in patients' lives through the in-patient care we provide at the facilities that we serve. Our team of mental health professionals provides Behavioral Health services to residents of long-term care and rehabilitation centers in a compassionate and cost-effective manner.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality clinical services to improve the quality of life for older adult patients
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treat mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, and cognitive impairment
Utilize evidence-based practices and cognitive-behavioral therapies to promote patient recovery and well-being
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes

Requirements:
Master's or Doctoral degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy)
Full licensure as a Clinical Psychologist (Psyd), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
