Position Overview This role coordinates the daily operations and patient flow of two or more imaging modalities, evaluates staffing needs, and ensures operational safety, efficiency, and quality goals. Responsibilities Effectively and efficiently coordinate daily operations and patient flow of imaging modalities. Evaluate and coordinate daily staffing needs. Consistently accomplish operational safety, efficiency and quality goals. Collaborate with staff and manager to prevent and resolve issues/conflicts as they arise. Communicate information in a timely manner to staff and leaders. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation). Graduate of an approved AMA program in one or more modalities: Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, Computerized Tomography, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Mammography, Non-Invasive Vascular Sonography, Echocardiology. 1 year lead technologist or supervisory experience preferred. Licensure in applicable modalities as required by the State of Florida. Registration or certification as required by Baptist Health South Florida technologist for the applicable modalities.
