Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Provide ongoing consultation in the formation of crisis plans, risk assessments, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans, ensuring all strategies are tailored to client goals.

• Complete timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards to maintain high-quality care and organizational effectiveness.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and collaborate with clinical teams to implement positive behavior support strategies for clients.

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the agency’s commitment to excellence in mental health services.

• Serve as a vital liaison among various service systems, including state agencies and community organizations, to facilitate client access to diverse resources.

• Establish effective channels of communication to promote the successful implementation of our mission in the community.
\n
• Network with local, state, and federal organizations to develop partnerships and secure funding opportunities that enhance program offerings.

• Participate in professional development through workshops, conferences, and collaborative meetings to advance both personal and organizational goals.

• Provide constructive feedback and take initiative in developing new programs in alignment with the agency's mission and values.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support overall organizational objectives.

Qualifications\n
