Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, long and short-term disability insurance 401k Match Responsibilities: Engage in exploratory questioning regarding prospective borrower's income and debts to match customer needs to a product Maintain knowledge of company products and pricing, including lock-in procedures and underwriting guidelines Educate prospective borrower on the home buying and refinancing processes. Ensure customer information is correct and verified in the loan package, submissions must be complete and accurate Ensure timely follow-up to customers, processors, and lender requests Ability to meet monthly/quarterly funding goals as agreed upon Assist borrower in understanding and clearing credit problems, along with expectations throughout the process Have all files to the processor within 24 hours Must comply with the Bank's BSA/AML and OFAC Compliance and Consumer Compliance policies and procedures relevant to responsibilities Qualifications: Minimum four years of mortgage loan origination and commission sales experience required. Refinance experience strongly preferred.
