Job Overview A law firm seeks a Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney in Dallas, TX. This role offers the opportunity to manage a large docket of cases and work towards achieving the highest possible settlements for clients. Duties Manage a large docket of personal injury cases from initial consultation through settlement. Oversee investigations, including gathering and analyzing medical records, police reports, and witness statements. Communicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers to resolve cases efficiently. Supervise case management staff and provide detailed direction on cases. Requirements Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Active license in good standing with the State Bar of Texas. 3+ years of experience as an attorney practicing personal injury law. Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to manage a high volume of cases and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred, but not required. Education Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Active license in good standing with the State Bar of Texas. Skills Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
