Safety Coordinator

Support project and regional safety efforts Assist with safety training and maintain jobsite safety binders and documentation Conduct jobsite safety inspections Coordinate with field supervisors on equipment and PPE needs Ensure proper project and safety signage is in place Review safety results and company safety documents Lead toolbox talks and promote a strong safety culture Requirements OSHA 30 certification required A degree in safety or a construction-related field is preferred Construction experience or knowledge preferred Strong problem-solving skills Self-motivated and adaptable Effective communication skills Strong time management and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Bluebeam Willingness to work on a jobsite or in an office five days per week Willingness to travel for job site visits and specialized training Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in safety management, including OSHA 30 certification, effective communication, and strong organizational skills.
