Join our team today and help us build something great!Position OverviewThe Superintendent oversees roofing construction activities such as project planning, scheduling, and budgeting while improving the accountability and efficiency. The Superintendent is responsible for the overall outcome of projects.Essential Job FunctionsLead roofing crews and subcontractors to deliver safe, high-quality, on-time workOversee daily jobsite operations, ensuring safety, production, and qualityEnforce OSHA/company safety standards; stop work if conditions are unsafePlan and coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subs to avoid delaysPartner with Project Managers and Foremen to execute scope and scheduleTrack progress, labor, and percent complete; maintain reports and documentationResolve issues proactively, manage change orders, and coordinate with stakeholdersComplete projects safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standardsRequired Skills and AbilitiesProven experience with commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, tapered systems, shingles, WV, FA).
