Aflac is expanding in the Nassau County / Garden City market and is seeking ambitious, growth-minded professionals for a Fast-Track to District Coordinator role.

This opportunity combines personal production, mentorship, and leadership development, with a defined path to building and leading your own team.

What You'll Do

Produce personal B2B sales
Mentor and support new Benefits Advisors
Participate in leadership development training
Assist with onboarding and field training
Lead ride-alongs and enrollment support
Help drive district growth initiatives
