Diagnostic authority and expertise is a non‑negotiable must‑have. ASE certifications favored with automotive trade school graduation. Ability to navigate through our CRM – Shopmonkey / Partstech. Willing to communicate with ESC claims and adjusters/inspectors. Provide clear diagnostic direction and solve problems efficiently on the first attempt. Highly proficient in electrical and powertrain repair & diagnosis. Provide scanners & personal required tools (shop scanners and tools available). Help grow & develop mid-level techs. Valid Illinois driver’s license and clean driving record required. Comfortable working on a mix of maintenance, diagnostics, and custom projects. Willing to learn to work on and service Vanderhall, GM-based product (Autocycle). This is a performance‑driven environment valuing accountability, consistency, cleanliness, and ownership of work.
