This role demands a fully independent professional capable of managing flexible hours and traveling daily between clients to deliver personalized care.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care tailored to elderly clients
• Assist with medication management and reminders
• Prepare meals in accordance with dietary needs
• Perform housekeeping duties to maintain clean and safe environments
• Monitor client safety and report any concerns promptly

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in home health care

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic patient care knowledge
• First Aid certification
• Strong communication skills
• Empathy and compassion for elderly clients
• Effective time management
• Observation skills to detect changes in client condition
