Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of patients' mental health status using diagnostic tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), ensuring cultural sensitivity and inclusivity.

• Develop, implement, and continually evaluate individualized treatment plans that identify therapeutic goals and strategies tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to foster optimal patient outcomes, incorporating strategies that promote mental health recovery.

• Maintain thorough documentation of treatment records, assessments, and clinical notes in compliance with regulatory standards, using the latest technology to streamline processes.

• Collaborate with patients, their families, and multidisciplinary team members to create comprehensive, cohesive treatment plans that facilitate patient engagement and success.

• Act as a liaison for patients in need of external resources, coordinating referrals and establishing effective relationships with community agencies and other treatment providers.

• Participate in mentoring and educating interns and students, providing guidance and support to emerging professionals in the field.

• Engage actively in peer reviews, clinical collaborations, and chart audits as directed by clinical supervisors, contributing to the overall development of team members.

You will primarily work with individuals and families coping with the psychological and emotional impacts associated with cancer diagnoses. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 90,000 – 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
