About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for its Restructuring & Special Situations team. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of leading and executing complex restructuring and special situations transactions, including in-court and out-of-court restructurings, recapitalizations, and distressed M&A. This role demands a professional with a minimum of 6 years' investment banking experience, a significant focus on restructuring advisory, and a proven track record in advising on a range of restructuring and special situations mandates. The Vice President will be responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships, overseeing financial analysis, and coordinating workstreams to ensure successful transaction outcomes. Applicants for the Vice President position should possess advanced financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills, and be adept at leading transaction execution and managing multiple workstreams. Strong client-facing skills are essential, as is the ability to build credibility with senior executives and investors. The role also involves mentoring and developing junior team members, participating in business development efforts, and engaging in strategic discussions with various stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced degree or relevant professional designation being a plus. The ideal candidate will be an established restructuring banker ready to take on greater leadership responsibilities while remaining deeply involved in transaction execution and client management.
