Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

Seeking a detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to join the remote team in a full-time, permanent position, responsible for managing budgeting and forecasting cycles, preparing monthly reports, and automating financial workflows using AI tools. Key responsibilities Design and maintain AI-driven finance workflows for variance analysis, reporting, and data management Prepare and update the annual budget and quarterly forecasts, ensuring key assumptions are current Own the monthly reporting package, including variance analysis and commentary, while collaborating with accounting during month-end close Required qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar analytical finance role Demonstrated experience using AI tools to automate finance processes Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, retention, churn, CAC, LTV) and financial modeling skills Proficiency with ERP, planning, and BI tools (e.g., NetSuite, Cube, QuickSight) Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
