Welcome and train new team members. Lead motivating huddles and ongoing coaching. Build shift supervisor capability for future advancement. Thank and celebrate team successes. Coach brand service behaviors and monitor guest expectations. Ensure the restaurant is welcoming, clean, and meets product quality standards. Partner with the General Manager to improve guest metrics. Review sales, scheduling, and inventory for QSC (Quality, Service, Cleanliness). Ensure accurate cash handling, HACCP logs, and cost controls. Adjust production planning and scheduling as needed. Manage onboarding and operational assessments. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. 1–2 years of supervisory experience. Excellent guest service skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Effective communication with guests and team. Skill in resolving issues in compliance with Burger King standards. Motivation for employees, conflict resolution, and decision making.
