No prior insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing professional development to help you build the skills and confidence needed to succeed.

This position offers the opportunity to build your own book of business, develop strong client relationships, and grow within the organization. Advancement into leadership and team development opportunities is available based on performance, consistency, and leadership ability.

Position Overview

As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will help individuals, families, and businesses identify gaps in their existing coverage and provide supplemental insurance solutions designed to offer additional financial protection.

You will work directly with prospective and existing clients, develop relationships, conduct presentations, follow up with leads, and build your own client base. This is a performance-driven opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and ready to take ownership of their success.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with prospective clients and business owners.
• Make outbound calls to new businesses, referrals, and existing clients.
• Schedule and conduct client appointments and presentations.
• Learn and present supplemental insurance products based on client needs.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Develop and maintain your own book of business.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients to identify additional needs.
• Participate in scheduled calls, meetings, and training with your sales manager and team.
• Track daily sales activity, appointments, and performance metrics.
• Consistently work toward and exceed individual sales goals.
• Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients and team members.

Work Schedule

As an independent contractor, you have flexibility in setting your working schedule while remaining accountable to your sales manager and performance expectations.

Representatives are responsible for submitting their planned working hours each week and reporting daily sales activity and metrics.

Compensation

Estimated Annual Earnings: $50,000–$72,000+

Compensation includes draw pay, commissions, and bonus opportunities. Earnings are based on individual performance.
